Q: Do you take commissions?
A: My commissions are currently closed as I do not have any openings for commission work in the near future. I might, however, looking for larger, long-term project based opportunities. I can be contacted at email@example.com and we can discuss rates if you are interested!
Q: Will “x” product be restocked?
A: I’m not likely to restock any items in the store if they sell out completely (unless otherwise specified). I prefer to create new designs and new/updated artwork as I am still exploring my art style. Please buy sooner than later to avoid missing out on a product you love!

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: I usually ship orders through USPS after a weekend. I try my best to ship weekly. Domestic orders take about 1-2 weeks while international orders outside of the U.S. will take 5-10 weeks depending on your local postal service. You can learn more at my shipping page.
Q: I placed multiple orders through your shop, can they be combined?
A: As much as I’d like to do this to save waste, it is currently not possible through my application and must be done manually. In order to streamline my workflow, I will not be combining orders on request. Thank you for understanding!
Q: My order is incorrect/damaged!

Q: My order hasn’t shipped yet!
A: If you haven’t received a shipment notification 10 or more days after you have placed an order, please check if you ordered an item labelled “pre-order.” Pre-order items factor in production and overseas shipping times and will take significantly longer to make it to you. Please understand this!
